Hi,
I've a quick question re. slice-timing correction. I acquire images with 32 slices interleaved
[1:2:32, 2:2:32] in a functional run. I want to temporally align to the middle slice.
Query: when SPM slice-time corrects, are the slices 'labelled' in reference to the position in
which they were acquired anatomically, or the sequence they were acquired in temporally?
Also, is this way of labelling the same during data modelling?
I.e. in my example should I realign to slice '2' or '17' to temporally realign? I don't think it
should matter if when I later model the data I specify the same number, but thought I'd
check. If there is some quirk whereby at slice-timing the slices are labelled according to
their acquisition order in anatomical space, but in modeling they're labelled cf. their
temporal order, I suppose it could create issues.
Thank you
