My understanding was that the art work is covered by copyright and
therefore should not be copied, however it was possible to copy the
'Tracks / Chapter List' so long as it was not printed on the art work. ie
a plain white background.

We have had enquiries about the legality of photocopying DVD covers by a
member of the public. The customer said it was for personal use - although
that does beg another question! Is anyone aware of any specific legislation
to
which we could point the customer.
Please respond to Diane Fleet on this matter. Thanks
