SINGAPORE CLINICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE
The Singapore Clinical Research Institute (SCRI) engages in and
facilitates the conduct of clinical trials, epidemiology and evidence
synthesis, and other related research in Singapore. It is also involved in
academic and educational activities promoting medical research conduct and
methodology.
Research activities at the SCRI and its collaborating institutions include
the following types of studies:

Position 1: Senior Biostatistician
You will join a team of statisticians and related professionals to be
involved in supporting various clinical research projects, academic and
educational activities, with particular emphasis in the area of early
phase clinical trials. You will work closely with the Singhealth
Investigational Medicine Unit, which is a 30-bed, 1,324m2 unit located at
the Singapore General Hospital. There is also the opportunity for
candidates with interest in methodological research to develop in this
area.
Requirements:
PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics or related fields
Experience with the design, conduct, analysis and reporting of
(particularly early phase) clinical trials
Good communication skills in English
For Position 2: Biostatistician
You will join a team of statisticians and related professionals to be
involved in supporting various clinical research projects and educational
activities. This will include the design and analysis of clinical research
studies, as well as providing on-site statistical consultation services
for doctors and other researchers at collaborating hospitals and
institutions.
Requirements:
Masters in Statistics/Biostatistics/Epidemiology
Experience with clinical research
Good communication skills in English
