Dear All,
I'm looking at some survival data and am obviously interested in
possible correlates of increased/ decreased survival.
I can examine individual variables in relation to survival, plotting KM
curves for the two groups (i.e. those +/- some possible factor), but I'm
not sure how I should to look at more than one factor.
I have assessed univariate significance of a variety of factors (Age,
Haemoglobin, etc.) and have a set of 6 factors that are significant
(using the log-rank test). I'd now like to assess these in a
multivariate model, but I'm not sure how to proceed.
Any pointers would be much appreciated. I'm using R for the analysis.
Thanks,
Matt
