Hello there,
We are investigating going over to the Add Address service on Unicorn. I'd like
to find out whether many institutions are now using electronic signatures at
the time of request to enable articles to be sent directly from the British
Library to their email inbox.
Or do you still get a physical signature from the user before sending the
request to the British Library?
I have checked the LIS-ILL archive and as the last posting seems to be in
2006 I thought a fresh question on this topic would be OK.
