medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Of course, a completely different set of traditions about Our Lady (and
about the birth of John the Baptist) are to be found in the Qur'an (Surah
19)

medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Respected ones,
Can anyone direct me to a source where I can find what is actually known
about Mary? I know we can sift a certain amount out of the Gospels, but I am
not a biblical scholar and must be missing the importance of many details.
With thanks,
Pat
