Dear Colleagues
I would be very grateful if anyone could provide me with information on
'alert' ranges for the telephoning of results on paediatric samples.
With the exception of bilirubin, our current protocol fails to differentiate
between adult and paediatric samples. A recent case of renal failure in a
child has highlighted potential deficiencies in this approach.
Kind regards
Nigel
