One possible place to look is in the sermon literature. Did Dominicans
preserve sermons about Francis etc.? And vice versa. Francis himself
was such an international saint, I cannot imagine him being skipped
entirely by Dominicans. Others might be given less attention. You might
consult:

Did Torquemada provide for material on Franciscans? I never looked.
I do know that Leonardo Dati OP preached on Francis at the Council of
Constance. I never have been sure how he got that assignment. That is
