I had an 'accident' once where I copied a Turnitin assignment within a course which had a similar effect. Ringing the helpdesk is a good start; they're very helpful and fixed our problem.

Excuse the cross posting, this is one of those things that does not easily sit in either camp.
We have had to build a completely fresh blackboard v8 service and use archive/restore to move the content (I can go into the reasons offline rather than bore everyone). This seems mainly to have worked OK except that the newly restored courses are not associating themselves with the previous turnitin assignment inboxes. Has anyone else come across this problem of re-linking Blackboard courses to Turnitin assignments and is it possible?
