Perhaps better than 'Minutes of Proceedings' for _Sitzungsberichte_ would be 'Sessional Reports'. The form of publication in question is a regularly appearing collection of articles read in some form (usually in abbreviated versions, sometimes only by title) at sessions of the academy producing them. The semantic equivalent in French is _Comptes rendus_ (_des séances_, the latter usually unexpressed). In Italian it's _Rendiconti_. English often uses simply _Proceedings_.
Best again,
