Hi all,
How important Text( screen play) is to Filmic process ( the
actual and technical aspects of filming).
Is text( screen play) a precursor of cinematic process or
is it a memory function( reference).
Do we conceive film in its creative evolution as a
cinematographic process or a textual narrative.
Is the relevance of screen play to Filmic process a
precognitive memory function based on the tradition of
textual pedagogy.
Can a film be realized with out the preeminence of Text(
screen play) and in doing so, does it effect the creative
process for better or worse.
Is screen play a traditional handicap for the creative
evolution of film.
Please feel free to elucidate.
regards
indrakaran.
