medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Marjorie,
The second "after" should be "on or after." The full moon can land on
the Vernal Equinox, in which case Easter could be the next day. This
does not happen very often, though. The last time was in 1818, and the
next will not be until 2285.

It would also seem that there would have to be at least one intervening day between the 21st and Easter. Or if there's a full moon on the 21st, could the next day, if a Sunday, be Easter? If so, then one of the "after,"s is missing. Or am I off here? How can Easter be the 22nd is the simplest form of my question.
