Hi,
The design.fsf file is the GUI setup file; you should be able to load
this into the Glm GUI to load up previous settings. For the purposes
of randomise you can ignore it though.
The design.grp file specifies subject groupings, and has a different
meaning for FEAT as it does in randomise (see the randomise manual for
details and the -g option).
