Not too long ago, the sociological study of ethnicity, racism and health was
described to be in its infancy. This infant is now growing rapidly and has
acquired the status of a distinct field of study. However, professionals'
experience of racism at work and its impact on their health remains an under
researched area both in the UK and USA.
The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for academics to share
their research findings, experiences, and insights to encourage future
research in this area.
