I think you'll find you can fix this in your own preferences selected
via www.jiscmail.ac.uk
You'll see that the version of your message, received by me, has the
prefix "[JISC-SHIBBOLETH]" (as well as the one you added manually).
I'm sure there's help on doing this at the JISCmail website, so I won't
insult you by copying it here.
(What are "MIDI" and "KLUO"???)
