True, though I'd still say that "Hillary" is sort of a brand name. The
Clinton campaign wants the upside of that brand, of course. That does not
excuse the misogyny of the media, of course, but the use of the word Hillary
cuts both ways. Now, if one of the talking heads were to begin an interview
with, "Now, Hillary, let's go over your proposal for . . . " that would be
obviously sexist & condescending. I find even "Mrs. Clinton" a little bit
over the line: the woman is a US Senator, after all.
