"Unbiased information, accept for paying customers" Accept what for paying customers? Did you mean "except for .. " If wanting to get the language right means I'm one of the old-fashioned-and-proud-of-it tendency, then that's where I am.
Anyway, as I understand it, all the 'customers' will get the inserts, whether paying or not. It does seem to be a denial of the spirit of public libraries.
