Hi, SPM experts:
I had an error message when I did the conjunction test and I don't know the
reason and how to solve it. Please help.
The exp has two variables (A & B) each has 2 levels (A1, A2, B1, B2). The
design is a factorial design (2 by 2).
After finishing the 1st level estimation via Bayesian analysis,
first, I did two simple contrasts, A1B1 vs A2B1, and A1B2 vs A2B2. Then I
did the conjunction test of the two contrasts. I chose the default settings,
like Global,,,. Matlab first returned the follow messages.
SPM5: spm_results_ui (v$Rev: 656 $) 16:37:32 - 17/10/2007
========================================================================
Warning: Contrasts changed! 1 contrasts orthogonalized to allow conjunction
inf.
When I moved on the finish of the default settings, Matlab gave me the bad news,
> In spm_getSPM at 366
In spm_results_ui at 264
??? Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
Error in ==> spm_getSPM at 442
if all(strcmp([SPM.PPM.xCon(Ic).PSTAT],'T'))
Error in ==> spm_results_ui at 264
[SPM,xSPM] = spm_getSPM;
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.

If I chose the different settings, like Conjunction (instead of Global),
Matlab sent me back another error message,
