Greetings
I'm working with a dataset where contrast images representing two main
effects and an interaction were generated on the first level, then were
entered into separate one-sample T tests in the random effects analysis. I
would like to mask the second-level contrast of the interaction to see
regions in which there are both significant main effects and interactions.
It seems though that the SPM GUI will only allow one to mask with contrasts
defined in the same SPM.mat file. Can anyone suggest a workaround for this?
Best
