Dear SPMers,
apparently some time ago in 2006 it was for some reason not possible
using the 'multiple conditions' option in SPM5 batch mode to specify
more than one parametric modulator per condition. See the help text in
the bottom right panel when clicking 'multiple conditions', it seems
only one mod(N) struct per condition can be specified.
In the normal 'conditions' branch this is possible.
See also an earlier remark concluding the same limitation:
http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind06&L=SPM&P=R780638&I=-3
My question to the SPM5 developers is: is this in the pipeline for an
update, or perhaps in any recent update i did not try?
Because especially for multiple parametric modulators per condition,
specifying all onsets and parameters in a mat-file using the 'multiple
conditions' option would be quite handy...
When this is not planned I might try to code this in the spm codebase
myself, but it of course is always nice when someone else already did ;-)
Kind regards,
Bas
