Dear all,
Apologies if this looks like I'm asking once again for views. I didn't get any (!) We would really appreciate any feedback to inform our decision. Many thanks.
Use of SearchMuze - a subscription database
Many authorities subscribe to www.searchmuze.co.uk . We are considering options to subscribe to this site but are canvassing opinion on just how good, clever, slick, bad or downright infuriating the facility really is.
1. What Staff feedback could you offer?
2. And from public users?
3. How well is your subscription being used?
4. Do you manage stats on it's use?
5. What's the main selling point? Do you feel it really is offering services above and beyond that which we find in all the other big sites?
6. So, please - is it worth it?
Any comments or opinion you have gratefully received here in Bristol. Thanks.
