Hi,
Running tbss_3_postreg generated the following errors (below). When
I looked at the FAi folder following tbss_2_reg, I've noticed that
not every subject has the same number of files, for example, one has
the following:
101008_FA_FAi_to_target_affine.dof
101008_FA_FAi_to_target_nonlinear_hr.hdr
101008_FA_FAi_to_target_nonlinear_hr.img
101008_FA_FAi_to_target_nonlinear.dof
101008_FA_FAi_to_target_nonlinear.msf
101008_FA_FAi_to_target_nonlinear.nii.gz
Whereas others only have the
101008_FA_FAi_to_target_nonlinear.msf
(I think I had a similar problem with FSL3.3 although there I was
running a PC version)
Is there a solution?
Thanks
Suzanna
