Dear FSL:
I'm using FSL 4.0.1 with VMware on Windows XP (Pro). I have the latest version
of FSL with the patch included, and I have used 'yum' to install all the VMware
add-ons mentioned in the mailing list.
My problem: I get the following error when using FEAT
/usr/local/packages/fsl/bin/cluster2html . cluster_zstat6 -std
couldn't open "tmpreport_poststats.html": permission denied
while executing
"open tmp${pagename} r "
(procedure "feat5:report_insert_start" line 5)
invoked from within
"feat5:report_insert_start report_poststats.html poststatspics"
(procedure "feat5:proc_poststats" line 358)
invoked from within
"feat5:proc_poststats $RERUNNING $STDSPACE "
("-poststats" arm line 6)
invoked from within
"switch -- [ lindex $argv $argindex ] {
-I {
incr argindex 1
set session [ lindex $argv $argindex ]
}
-D {
incr argindex 1
set..."
("for" body line 2)
invoked from within
"for { set argindex 1 } { $argindex < $argc } { incr argindex 1 } {
switch -- [ lindex $argv $argindex ] {
-I {
incr argindex 1
set ses..."
(file "/usr/local/packages/fsl/bin/feat" line 137)
This error always happens when FEAT is running poststats. It fails to generate
any images in the poststats .html output page even though it does generate all
the statistical maps. When I ran FEEDS, there were no problems, and everything
else seems to work.
I'm not sure why it would give me the "permission denied" error even when I'm
logged on as root. I've tried removing and reinstalling FSL, but I still get
the same error. Could it be a problem with the VMware player?
Any suggestions or possible fixes? The output of fslerroreport is attached...
Thanks!
