Hi all,
We encountered a problem with our Architect 8200 general chemistry
analyser last week where a run of sodiums were coming off the instrument
consistently high. This was captured through a QC failure.
On examination it appeared that they had been analysed by a reagent kit
that had been onboard the machine for several days without being used in
rotation as would normally be the case. We couldn't determine why this
had occurred, but we suspect there had been a problem with the barcode
scanner for reagents, which is being replaced as I write this message.
Has anyone else had this problem, or something similar?
Regards,
Iain
