You need to ask for pooled licenses for both. You then run one machine
as a license server, and point the license software on the others too
it.

Hello
At the moment we access OS Mastermap and Mimas Landmap in our two GIS
Labs
using ArcView 9.2 and Erdas Imagine software . We have site licences for
these and are considering networking them across our campus or at least
throughout the Library to improve student access to these databases. I
understand that there are technical difficulties involved with
networking
this software, particularly with Erdas Imagine which I believe generates
a
key code for every computer which then has to be registered.
Does anyone have any experience of networking these resources, or
installing this software on a network? Any advice/information would be
much appreciated.
Kind regards
