Dear Colm,
Thanks for your email. I understand that (~) relates to my home directory. I am using $FSLDIR/bin/DR/areg ($FSLDIR being where FSL is installed), but DR does not appear to be present within the bin directory (unless I´m missing something!).
Thanks,
Carol

The assumption of this command is that you have fsl installed in your
home directory (~). If this is not the case replace it with $FSLDIR/
bin/DR/areg
This assumes that you have set FSLDIR environment variable
appropriately set for your installation.
