Well, if they did it to us last month (on the 18th), we would have told
them they were welchers & we would have no reason to lift a finger
towards it this year. We would now be organising a 'farewell to PBC'
meeting amongst the PBC clinical leads.
The PCT wouldn't be expected to like this, as they might have to attend
the Job Centre to explain it. Should it have happened, of course.
