I've been with Nildram ( now, I believe, part of the Pipex stable) for four
years. Never had to contact them, except to upgrade the speed. I'm now on
8MB for GBP26.99 per month - not as cheap as the headline offers from the
big providers, but I'm getting what I pay for i.e. uninterrupted service and
no problems. They do have a fair use policy with a limit of 50GB a month.
Unless your're downloading films, that's unlikely to be a problem.

Subject: Which ISP?
I'm looking to change my ISP after more than six month's useless support
from Tiscali who have utterly failed to provide robust 24hr connection at
our new house.
What does the team consider to be the best alternatives?
