informaworld - Taylor & Francis Group completes second stage of customer
migration
For immediate release
April 17th, 2007
Taylor & Francis Group today completes the second stage of its customer
migration to informaworld . All customers previously accessing Taylor &
Francis, Routledge, Psychology Press and Informa Healthcare journal
subscriptions via MetaPress will now be routed to the informaworld platform.
We appreciate your patience during this transition. You may experience some
periods of intermittent access whilst we configure the site for optimum
performance as a result of the increased traffic.
URLs which previously linked to content on the MetaPress site using the
following formats: journalsonline.tandf.co.uk and
taylorandfrancis.metapress.com have been mapped to their equivalent on the
informaworld site, so users trying to access content using a link following
this format will be seamlessly transferred to informaworld. However we are
recommending that our customers update any links to Taylor & Francis Group
content in informaworld. For details, please see:
www.informaworld.com/librarians_linkinginfo
URLs which link to Taylor & Francis content via www.metapress.com will
continue to route to the MetaPress site for the next four weeks, after which
time users will be redirected to informaworld for a limited period of time.
If a library has links following this format in an OPAC, these will need to
be updated.
Since last August we have been working with the library community to ensure
this transition is as smooth as possible. If any users do have problems
accessing our content after today’s migration, please do contact our
dedicated support team at [log in to unmask]
