It should be reasonably easy to write a script to convert the
seg_inv_sn.mat file to a deformation field using spm_defs, and to
convert your subject-space world-coordinates to subject-space
voxel-indices (using \V.mat), and then to read out the relevant
template-space world-coordinates for these voxels.
