Sorry, I should have asked that first...
You can use SPM2's Deformations toolbox (GUI or spm_sn2def.m) to
convert the sn.mat file (which you should have from the standard
normalisation process) to a y_ deformation field.
You can then invert this deformation field, again with the
Deformations toolbox GUI or with spm_invdef_ui.
With SPM2, you'll get three separate Analyze files for the x,y,z
components rather than a single 5D NIfTI, so you can easily read these
images in with the standard spm_vol stuff.
