medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
It's not the real McCoy, but here's a link to a modern pewter replica of a 14th-century pilgrim badge of St. Eloi (Eligius) with his horse. Clever web site too: lots of reproductions of medieval gewgaws, including some naughty ones. The site includes a bibliography of works relevant to medieval personal ornaments, sacred and secular.
