medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
I'd think Wallace Ferguson's _The Renaissance in Historical Thought_ would be a
fantastic reference for this. Also, Marcus Bull's new book (_Thinking
Medieval_) has a section that would be of help.
