Dear Avis,
With the restructuring of .eu web addresses it may be
easier to use
town twinning inurl:europa
as this will find anything from any of the Europa family of
sites. This search allegedly found 13,800 hits - the
first page of results are certainly relevant but I didn't
look much further!
