Juniorprofessor (W1) in Simulation techniques and modelling of
hydrothermal systems
at Faculty of Georesources and Material Technology
We are seeking qualified applicants for teaching and research in the
area of modelling of hydrothermal systems. Candidates should have a
strong background in mineralogical techniques (e.g.microthermometry).
The starting date is 1st of July 2006. Teaching activity will be involved
in courses in applied geosciences and georesources management. You
should have a completed university degree and a special aptitude for
scientific work which is generally verified by means of outstanding
doctorate.
Ability in and commitment to teaching are essential and it is expected
that applicants will be able to teach in German after two to three years.
