Dear Gordon et al
I participated in several of the ISI conversations (the ones focused
on the design of design dialogue) Gordon mentioned. They were great
experiences. I subsequently had the opportunity to organize several
more 'conversations' with groups outside of ISI. An interesting body
of work that informed the process we used came from MIT's Dialogos
project that had developed a formalized model of dialogue.
