I agree with Mike - it depends on what you mean, that is: whether you're
looking for smth. autothematic/metadiegetic/selfreferencial, or a stage-like
"direct adreess by the character to camera".
Anyway, great examples of both strategies are to find in E. Potter's classic
"Helzapoppin" (1941).
