I have a situation where I am running a script in R (using the R2WinBUGS
library, in linux, so running winbugs via wine) to fit a winbugs model
to multiple datasets. I need more than the default 4-digit output and
cannot figure out how to set this in the script. I know this can be done
directly in winbugs using the options menu but this is not practical
given the automated script I'm running. This is extremely frustrating
and a real show-stopper for me! Can anyone offer a cunning solution?
Thanks,
Ian
