“Florilegium” Graduate Student Medieval Studies Conference. On
Saturday October 29, 2005 Yale University will host the 23rd annual
Graduate Student Medieval Studies Conference, a traveling conference
between Brown University, the University of Connecticut, and Yale. The
symposium, entitled “Florilegium,” is designed to bring together
scholars from all disciplines and cultures of the medieval world,
including history, literature, religious studies, art history, music,
drama, and manuscript studies. This conference is intended as a venue
for young scholars to discuss the aspects of the medieval world that
excite them.
