I have been asked by a colleague to pose this question to the wide library
community.
Last year we installed Dolphin Supernova software on selected UK Online
computers across our libraries network.
We are now condsidering purchasing the Supernova data pens, and loaning
these to visually impaired customers for several months - to be used not
only in libraries but wherever they choose to use them. We're having some
problems determining the length of loan, and the management issues of
loaning such equipment. Has anyone already done this? If so, how is it
going and do you have any tips to share?
Thanks,
Sally Middleton
