With apologies for cross-posting
We are currently considering running with a fines amnesty as a part of a
wider promotion to encourage users into libraries, and I wondered if any
colleagues had had such a promotion/initiative and how successful it had
been. Did it prove to be more problematic than it was worth, and were there
pitfalls or problems which with hindsight you might have considered.
I would be grateful for any comments and/or advice, and will be happy to
post any results to the list.
many thanks
David
