How do you ensure honest disclosure of sales for the
term of the contract?
If there is a penalty for noncompliance how should
this be governed?
How do you ensure regular payment?
If sales exceed or are less than expectations how
should this be governed?
Are advances usual in Europe and how should these be
calculated?
How should the cost of prototyping , travel to
factories and other design costs be covered?
