Hello All,
We're using a blue diode laser (15mW,409nm) with a new set of mirrors
(R=99.99)in a ringdown expt. The problem is that there is an inordinate
amount of light passing through these mirrors, much more than the fraction
that should based on the reflectivity. This light is still visible to the
eye even after passing through a pair such mirrors. Has anyone encountered
a similar problem or have an idea as to what's going on?
Thanks in Advance,
Jason Fuller
