Regrettably, an update of the Ingenta site providing this on-line service
has led to problems of members accessing the the full text of the journal.
This problem has coincided with, but is not related to, our planned
makeover of the ACB website by Ian Godber which went live on Sunday. We
can only apologise for this problem and the inconvenience caused to
members. Unfortunately the Ingenta engineers have failed to find a fix and
to avoid members having problems we offer this temporary workaround.
We have created a temporary username/password for ACB members and would
recommend that you use this for the time being to allow ACB members to
login to IngentaConnect and gain access to ACB Annals online in the
interim.
So please log on to the ACB Members area website as normal.
THIS ROUTE DESCRIBED HERE ONLY APPLIES TO ACB MEMBERS - THOSE ANNALS
SUBSCRIBERS REGISTERED DIRECTLY WITH THE RSM HAVE THEIR OWN ACCESS PASSWORD
AND SEPARATE ROUTE.
Then Click on the Annals tab and the Annals logo to go to the Ingenta site.
The temporary login details for the INGENTA site (right hand side of the
screen) after you have reached this page are:
username: annclin2005
password: temp05
You will find a small "S" now appearing alongside each article indicating
"subscriber" which indicates you will be allowed to view all the articles -
rather than just the abstracts.
Apologies for this inconvenience, we are conscious of the disruption this
has caused for some of our members and are working to resolve the issue
with Ingenta as quickly as possible.
When the full system is operational once more then this temporary facility
will be terminated.
Best regards,
Graham
