Sorry for cross-posting
Is anyone who has run ePLUS willing to share how well they think that it fits with the analysis required to determine the real level of customer requirement, plus that of all the other stakeholders, in today's public ICT environment.
If this has been done by adding extra questions, how much extra was needed to meet your needs?
If ePLUS was not used, woud you be willing to share the format you used?
I would be happy to summarise for the lists anything which contributors were happy to have in the public domain.
