good luck.
far as i know, the deadline for setting up sessions (just a few days after the
end of the conference) are FIRM.
however, once you have gotten a session approved, there is *some* leeway given
to getting it organised.
a few years ago i couldn't get a session together which i had submitted and
which was approved and figured that it would just die if i didn't submit the
final session schedule.
however, this was apparently not the case as i was contacted by someone
*after* the deadline (October?) asking where my paperwork for the session
was.
made me feel pretty bad --i should have notified them directly when i
discovered the session wasn't going to fly.
but the initial submission date in early May for a session proposal is not
negotiable, i believe.
