Diolch am y cynigion Mair.
Ar ôl chwilio ymhellach ar Google, ces i esboniad llawnach o'r hyn a olygir:
Contingency awareness, the recognition of the relationship between one's
actions and the environmental outcomes these actions elicit, is an important
skill that many students with severe disabilities do not have. Too often,
these individuals are not encouraged to develop an understanding of cause
and effect relationships.
Gan fod sôn yma am "cause and effect", rwy'n credu y byddai'r cyfieithiad
"ymwybyddiaeth achos ac effaith" neu "ymwybyddiaeth achos-effaith" yn addas.

Ddim yn siwr os yw'r rhain yn addas...ond:
Ymwybyddiaeth achos-effaith
Ymwybyddiaeth dibynniaeth

Yn ôl y testun gwreiddiol, ystyr "contingency awareness" yw "knowing that a
particular action has caused a particular effect".
Unrhyw awgrymiadau?
Diolch.
