Coaching is an increasingly important aspect of the manager's role, helping people to perform to their best and achieve their potential.
This new workshop has been designed to help managers who wish to develop the personal and professional competencies of their staff. It will assist managers in aiding the individual development and performance of their staff through an intensive and tailored approach as well as promoting 'self starting' development habits.
