Hi, Theresa. Melania and Pinian had estates in many parts of the empire. I don't remember where their villa in Rome was located (it's said, BTW, to have been burned in the Vandal sack). Probably the best place to look would be Elizabeth Clark's translation of Gerontius' _Life of Melania the Younger_ (Edwin Mellen Press, 1985). Or perhaps the Pauly-Wissowa (IIRC, M. was a Valeria).
