Dear Jacqui,
I have evidences on seaweed salt manufacture for possible use in preservation of
meat and/or diary products at LIA settlement in Bostadh Beach (Lewis) in
Western Scotland. The site report is, I believe, being prepared for
publication. The analysis of the molluscan remains in my PhD thesis however
does have the information. I can send you the bits with this information, let
me know...
All the best
Ruby
